NARIK BASMAJIAN - EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, PROJECTS & COMMERCIAL
Narik Basmajian joined Crescent Petroleum in 2022 and leads the Projects and Commercial Department overseeing development of projects covering origination, development, commercial agreements & strategy, stakeholder management, project implementation and operational handover.
Narik has nearly 25 years of international experience in the energy industry - primarily in oil & gas – as well as in energy transition, low carbon energies & hydrogen. He has extensive experience in business, sales and commercial management, strategic partnerships, project acquisition and project development.
Prior to joining Crescent Petroleum, Narik had a successful career at Technip Energies in a variety of technical, commercial and managerial roles, including as Vice President. He began his career at ExxonMobil and holds a Bachelor’s degree (1st Class Honours) in Chemical & Materials Engineering from the University of Auckland in New Zealand.
