Mr Drazen Petkovich heads up the Crescent Petroleum Legal Department, which is responsible for advising the Company on its major projects and transactions as well as on operational and general commercial matters. Before joining Crescent Petroleum, he was a senior lawyer at a leading international law firm in London. Mr Petkovich is an English and Australian qualified lawyer with over 10 years of experience gained in private practice in the fields of oil and gas, banking and finance and dispute resolution. He holds an Honours Degree in Law and a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from Macquarie University, Sydney. Prior starting legal practice, he served as a judicial assistant in the New South Wales Court of Appeal.
Crescent Petroleum has been made aware that fraudsters may be contacting prospective suppliers claiming to be acting on Crescent’s behalf seeking to gain access to personal information or to acquire money or other valuables. Crescent has not authorised any third party to seek Expressions of Interest, Requests For Quotation, or similar transactions on its behalf. Crescent will never seek payment for any procurement transactions. Any such claims or offers are fraudulent and void. We advise all prospective suppliers to exercise caution when receiving such communications and to be mindful of such scams. Crescent may not be held liable or responsible for any false claims, losses, damages, or other inconvenience resulting from such fraud.
